InsureMyRide is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncorp one of Australia’s largest publicly-listed insurance and financial services businesses. InsureMyRide operates across Australia and only provides bike insurance products to riders. We deal directly with customers on-line and over the phone.
Due to strong growth, we are now looking to expand our InsureMyRide team.
Ideally we’re looking for someone who is into bikes or can relate to those who are. And who see the opportunity that a career in the insurance industry can offer. You’ll be web savvy & have the confidence to support customers over the phone or web. In this critical customer facing position you will use your initiative to maximise sales and support customers through the sales, service and claims processes. You’ll also play your part in the team environment & support business growth. Appropriate training will be provided.

To be successful you will have:
Previous experience in a customer focussed role,
Experience in Insurance claims,
Experience with the web for personal & business use.
